"Congratulations to the whole of KCLSO for a great evening!"
Hugh Bowden, Head of Arts, Faculty of Arts & Humanities
King's College London
On 21st and 22nd March The KCLSO was honoured to have performed their spring concerts at The King's College Chapel, debuting the brand new Steinway Concert Grand Piano Model-D. Played virtuously by the magnificent Zhenya Sharogradskiy, the College Steinway has made its first public appearance with the Grieg Piano Concerto. Audience and orchestra members alike were enchanted by both the playing and sound of the piano.
"Riveting performance, I will remember this evening for the rest of my life", an audience member said about the KCLSO spring concert 2025.
With her astonishing performance as Assistant Conductor, Sofia Grigoriadou has taken the second concert night by storm, leaving audience members yearning for more after the grand finale of the Saint-Saëns. Huge congratulations to the KCLSO and its orchestra members!
Special mentions go to
Daniel Hogan, Zhenya Sharogradskiy, Gareth Chong, Jeremy Ng, Sofia Grigoriadou, and Katherine Schofield.
Thank you!
